Default driving with a stall

how much of a difference is there between a stock and a 2800rpm stall driving in the city, taking off from a light(not racing), fuel mileage/stuff like that...Thanks

Not much , very easy to get used to. Gas mileage should stay the same just should have some extra power when you hit the gas pedal.
