Default Tricks for teflon seals?

Installed the Teflon seals on the pump, tomorrow will be installing them on the input drum. I lubed them good and used a piece of vinyl (front of a paper notebook) and made it as tight as possible and used tape to squeeze it.

Looks like it re sized pretty well, but wanted to see if anyone had better methods other than using the $120 tool for one or two uses.

Thanks

Providing your trick works you can always take the pump and install it in the reverse input drum to make sure they are fully sized. Leave it this way for a while and you should be good to go. You can also put the assembly in a freezer to help with this process while sizing.
