my trans just went out need opinions well my 4l60e out of my 98 camaro just burnd 3rd gear clutches after coming back from track .it is a new built trans this is what i had installed in it red clutches with an extra set im not sure if its the z pack, corvett servo, wider band with new front pump.the builder is going tov open it hopefully soon to see what happened .well to begin with i think its barely enough to handle the hp of my motor so im thinking i should have a trans that will handle and excced what my motor is producing .my trans has about 1k miles on it i just went to track ran 11.70 nxt day or so is when i noticed it slippn in 3 completly. im just thinking what trans are good wit no doubt i should be pushin around 410 to 430 rwhp i was looking at performabuilt stage 2

give andy at finishline performance transmission a call you won't regret it great stand up guy and they build great transmissions, check thier reputation here on the forum
