My BMR 4L80e crossmember doesn't fit right

Just an FYI for anyone having this similar problem... BMR got it right instantly, they shipped me a new one that day and had a return label waiting for me in my email for my misaligned one. Thank you BMR, great service!

This thread was started for a completely different issue than what s25hanh had going on. Back 3-4 years ago or so we had to tweak how the main bar on the crossmember was bent because it would make contact with the pan/pan rail of the transmission. This hasn't been an issue in years which is why this thread is from 2011.

The issue s25hanh had was fitment issue caused by a little too much tolerance in the transmission mount plate on the welding jig. We got it fixed so there no way that it could happen again.
