Default Multiple Wire harness to A4, what are they..PIC inside

I just had a TH350 RMVB installed and want to know what these wires are...

Can I just cut them way up where the group meets the other wires right behind the intake manifold?

Also, should there be a "cover" over the Flexplate/converter? I would think so...

FYI: I had a Frost mail order tune after the swap.

The big one is the controller for the 4L60e. Runs from the PCM i believe.

The one hanging in the left of the bunch is the speed sensor on the trans, and the two on the right are for the rear O2 sensors.

If your just going to remove the harness for the trans, provided you dont need any of the wires, just cut em up near the PCM, and removed all of the uneeded wire.

If it's a street car, I would put a cover on it to keep road grime and ect off the TC and flexplate.
Track only car, no.

Put a thread out in the parts wanted section. Surely someone has one laying around.
I don't know it they still make them.
Junkyard.
