Rearend bounced and then I lost 1,2,3, and overdrive...reverse and park still work and when I shift manually I can feel it go into each gear and pressure build up.....wut could be causing this?

Any of a number of things could have happened. Did it wheel hop at the track under max acceleration?

No it happened on the street at full acceleration I'm pushing about 400 to the rear wheels nothing to crazy

I see. Well taking a stab at it, it sounds as like it took out the input sprag or the forward clutches.

What is the fluid condition?

Fluid has no discoloring and doesn't smell burnt...I had someone say it was my shift solenoid?
