Well when I called he said he would take a look at the tune and also said he took some of the torque management out but didn't delete it so I guess I'll just have him delete it

Hard to figure out , but these guys on Tech are good bro , they walked me trough all kinds of trouble .

This is just the way high stalls are. They take the positive feel away at low speeds. It is just one of those sacrifices you make and try to get used to. I manually shift mine at about 3k to get the positive feel back.
