Default M6-A4 swap, what to do about PNP switch

I have a 98Z, I pulled a 4l60 and harness from a 2000 Chevy 1500 which has the PNP switch on the side of the trans, not sure exactly how to wire the switch or even put a toggle switch just to let the pcm know when I am in park. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Get rid of it and use a short shaft, F bodies have the PNP in the stock shifter. If you go to an aftermarket shifter, you just need to send a ground to the PCM in park and neutral (on the PNP pin).
