Default Flex plate quetion

I have a 2005 LQ4 that originally came with a 4l80e trans and I am putting it in an early Nova with a 2006 4l65e.What the heck flex plate do I use?Summit only lists one for a LQ4 but the two transmissions have different torque converter bolt patterns.Do I just use a flex plate from a 2005 5.3?

You should have the flat flexplate with the spacer. You will remove both of those and bolt a dished style directly to the crank. You can use a stock one or an SFI version. How much power are you planning on?

That flexplate will work, that is the newer style LS version. And you will also need the shorter crank bolts. Just some food for thought.... We have the SFI version for just a few dollars more, and we also carry the OE bolts.
