Default Is my Tranny broken?????

Lately when I accelerate hard and the A4 shifts from 2nd to 3rd the RPMs max and then there is a second or 2 of engine rev with no tranny motion. I was guessing it was having trouble shifting and wondered what this could be???

I am still under warranty: if it is the tranny I should have it covered.

Sounds like it's slipping. The tranny is bad so take it to the dealer. Dealer fixed mine and it's been perfect since.

Burned 3-4 clutchpack. You have a warranty so take it to the dealer.

Will trans Go and/or trans cooler help after it is fixed to avoid it happening again.

I am taking it in next Thursday and leaving it. I am sure they will end out doing repair.

If the cooler does not void anything I will do that for now.

With the transmission going so early (@ 30k) I am worried about putting a TQ in. Even a 2800 to 3200.
