Default Help P0758

Car drove fine last night, when to start it up this morning and go to the store and 3 blocks down i car stops shifting and stalls itsself up. I get the car home and i barely had enough power to pull up the driveway. I let the car sit for an hour while i looked up what could be wrong with it. I go back outside and erase the code to see if i set just this one again and not everything is running fine, not stalling and shifting normal on its own and when i manually shift it. Could the pcm made a mistake and forced the car into limp mode or am i looking at an actual problem?

been searching a ton of treads about this and some point to just the solenoid being back to the pcm being bad or warm clutches, trans never slipped before this/ stalled before this?

4l60e with around 110k miles on it and 2800 stall
