Default buying a new transmission which one?

I have a ls1 f body that has a ls3 in it know making under 700 hp. I wanting a 4 speed auto and would like to keep over drive. I currently have a 3600 stall and if i have to get a new one i would stay around that. It will have 11.5 inch slicks for the tires. I dont know if i want a trans brake because it wont be raced that much on the strip. What transmission would hold up good with that info and if anyone is running something like that now.

ACE Racing transmission.cant go wrong. they're in Dallas,TX.that guy builds some serious stuff with very good reviews from other builders.but if you're pushing 700hp. i wouldnt go with a 60e.look into an 80e

Yes a 4l80e but from what company. Is there anything you have to buy for a 4l60e to 4l80e swap?

RPM and Jakes are on the top of my list! I think Jakes specializes in the 80e.
