You have a 4l60E.

Does it have the top bolt hole?

Some people (even builders) are mixing up the '98 and later 4L60E which has the bellhousing hole at the 12 O'Clock position with the 4L65E which came out in 2002 with stronger internals but IDENTICAL outside appearance. Many of the better transmissions from most builders could be considered 4L65E because of their internals.

The 12 O'clock hole is not just for mounting the trans, (from the factory) it also indicates a 300mm input shaft which is needed for LS engine compatible torque converters.
