Default Stalled auto dyno question

I put my car on the dyno today (mustang dyno)
4L80E W/3600 stall
5454rpm 128mph
6268rpm 127mph

the power flattens out, is that just the affect of a loaded dyno?

Is it in a different gear or locked up vs not locked up?

800 rpm difference at almost the same MPH, something changed.

No nothing changed just rolled into the throttle so it didn't down shift, just the turbo spooling up. Unlocked the whole time. I'm wondering if it being a loaded dyno if it just overpowered the converter?
