Default TCC Brake Switch.

I just got done with my T-56 to auto swap, I used a Speartech harness for the conversion with my stock 6spd engine harness. I wired it just like in the sticky,

A. Shift Lock control circuit - Black/white wire from shiftlock control solenoid (Connector C200, Pin E)
B. PCM - Orange/Black wire from the white connector (Connector C220, pin H)on the end of the engine harness (the one that is inside the car on the passenger side under the kick panel)
C. Back up Lights - Brown wire, Same connector as above (Connector C220, Pin G)
D. Ground - Light green wire in Connector C400, Pin F (not sure where this one is but I can look it up) or to a chassis ground.
E. Start circuit - Clutch override switch (on the pedal), Purple/white wire
F. Start Circuit - Clutch Override switch (on the pedal), Dark green wire

Except I had to run the reverse switch wires to the pnp switch to get the lights to work because I have the t56 engine harness still. Now my question is everything works great except the converter seems to be unlocking everytime I let off the gas, do I need to wire the TCC brake switch manually to pin 33 in the PCM? Whats the best way of doing this?

I moved my clutch pedal position wire (already in C1 pin 32) to pin 33 to use for the brake pedal. It needs to see 12V when the brake pedal is NOT pushed.

So I'm guessing I need to wire a 5 pin relay like the LSX swap guys do, so It will reverse the signal and give the pcm 12v all the time unless you push the pedal? I checked the brake switch and I only get power when the pedal is pushed down.

I am working on the same thing. Did you wire the relay and if so any advice you could offer?

Default tcc wire from ecu

I got a 71 camaro with a 4L60E with no cruise .so can I just hook my tcc wire up to brake switch without running a relay ?
Also does it need full 12 v all the time or just with the pedal pushed.
Thanks for any help.

I don't know what brake switch you are using, but you should be using one from a late model car that uses TCC. I would not think you would need a relay, just a fused 12v with key on and a brake switch that is closed with pedal up and open with pedal depressed. I attached some wiring diagrams that may help.
