lock up problem

lock up problem Just got my trans built and my 3200 stall installed having issue with lock up it will go 3rd 4th lock up for about 3sec then drop back to 3rd... But if i barely press the brake it goes 4th lock up and works fine take foot off back to 3rd... Installed new brake switch same problem any ideas Wat it could be any info will be appreciated
