Default bad converter lockup clutch ?

Well I have a RPM level 5 trans and about 2 months ago I swapped out my Precision industries 3000 converter for a used Yank PTS3600 day after the swap I started getting a PO741 code TCC lockup stuck off ? it will lock for about the first 5-6 miles then it does not lockup , when it does lock, it will unlock when you are just driving at steady speed very abruptly. I called RPM and they told me it was most likely a bad TCC solenoid ? I swapped out the TCC solenoid and the PWM solenoid and added a new filter and fluid. Still no good any ideas ?
