motor and trans swap on 05 lt1 now no speedo?

motor and trans swap on 05 lt1 now no speedo? ok guys, ive got a 95 trans am, swapped the motor and trans out of a 96 ws6 into it
my speedo, fuel gauge and lumbar in my seats DO NOT work,
i have not done any voltage testing yet, just checked grounds and they all seem to be fine,
but im thinking my transmission isnt getting power, like its in limp mode
is there a fuseable link under the hood or anywhere on the car that would cause my speedometer not to work and my trans not to get power?
ive checked fuses and grounds, i do have a black wire with a white stripe thats not hooked up to anything and the diagrams ive looked at show its a ground, yet when i ground it, nothing changes?
so im thinking its a fuseable link under the hood by the battery,
atleast im hoping it is,
