Exclamation no speedometer?

i just swapped the motor and transmission out in my 1995 pontiac trans am,

my speedometer doesnt work and my transmission isnt shifting right,

ive checked the voltage at pins D31 and D32 im getting from 0.02 to 0.03 volts

and at the speed sensor im getting 4.13 volts?

i dont get it, i dont know what the voltage is supposed to be at. but that seems really weak at the pcm to me,

ive replaced the speed sensor, checked the voltage, changed pcms with one i know worked, changed gauge clusters with one i know worked.

and i still dont get it, i have a 4l60e, lt1, i know my speedometer worked in the last car i had this motor and transmission in which was a 1996 ws6,

i need some help guys,

P.S. ive also heard about a Vehicle speed sensor buffer module??? i cant seem to figure out where that is on my car or if i even have one,

I dont know if this proves anything. But i went to start my car and my batter was dead (radio killed it)

And while trying to get it to crank my speedo starts to come alive?

I took a video of it so i know its getting power. So what else can it be?

i figured it out, it was my vehicle speed sensor (vss) output wire

the dark green and white wire behind the cluster. rewired it and i fixed it
