Default HELP 6.0 to 4l60e???????

Ok, i have a 2003 6.0 out a Chevrolet Van. i think this van may have had a 4l80e behind it originally. i don't know for sure, i bought the engine from a junkyard.

I also have a built 4l60e i have bolted to my 6.0 for mock up right now.

My questions are:
What flex plate do i need or can use?
What tq converter can i use or need?
what starter can i use or need?

PARTS I HAVE LAYING AROUND
i have a 5.3 flexplate
i have the tq converter from the 4l60e
i have a starter from a 1999 5.3. (i heard these starters only work with the longer cranks)

If anyone has any info on this stuff i would greatly appreciate it. thanks.

And if anyone is curious here is what i'm working on
Heres the trans

heres the motor

heres where i'm at now. got a ton of work to do, but i am getting to the point where i want to make sure everything is working before i tear it all down.

You should be able to use the 5.3 flexplate, starter and converter. Assuming it is not an extended crank setup. The crank should be stick out past the block about .315" if it is the normal length. If you need any aftermarket converter suggestions, be glad to help...

Nice build btw, looks like it is going to be a sweet ride.

what year were the extended crankshafts? 1999-2000 right?

i tried my 5.3 liter dished flex plate from a 01 Tahoe. and i tried my starter from a 1999 truck. when i straight wired it to direct battery power it grinded against flex plate. it wouldn't turn it over. it sounded like it wouldn't catch the teeth.

The motors not locked up i can turn it over with a wrench. And the starter i bench checked before bolting it on. No teeth missing on flex plate.

Does it matter that is is from a 1999 truck 5.3? aren't these cranks in these different lengths which probly requires a different starter??
