Question Will a truck 4l60e and converter bolt up to an LS1?

I have a truck '99 4l60e, and an LS1. I know that the truck bell housing is shorter, will it bolt up? What do I need to do to make this work? Thanks

If the 1999 is from a Gen III motor then it will bolt right up. If its from a SBC 350 or 305 or the 4.3L it will bolt up but need the correct flexplate and spacer.

Ok that is what I figured. I had issues before with this combo, thats why I asked. Now the truck converter is different from the LS1 converter?

only difference between the two is the tail shaft since the trucks dont have a TQ arm setup like the F-BODYS other then that there the same
