Default Internal wiring in 1993 4L80E

I was wondering if the wiring in a 93 4L80E would be the same as newer models? I have a 1993 model out of a Suburban and want to use it behind my 5.3L LS engine and computer. I think i have to swap a couple wires on the engine pigtail to the trans and add the one input sensor and am pretty sure i would be good to go just unsure about the trans internal wiring harness.

I think the internal harnesses are different. The early ones were a bad design, maybe prone to leaking or something? I can't remember...

Anyway, you can buy and install an updated harness. I found mine for $30 at a local Delco-only parts place. Check eBay, too. Installation is really really easy, but can be a little messy because you have to remove the pan.
