Default 3200 or 3600rpm stall for 4l80e

Right now I am slowly getting the car together, and will start out with an lq4 with ls6 intake, ported TB, 1 7/8 LT headers, and a 02+ z06 cam, and 4.10 gears.

I had been thinking of using the stock stall on the 4l80e, but with one revmax's stage 5 stall on sale for $710 shipped, I am rethinking things. I want a multi disc, but at $450 more, I will pass.

So, what would be an appropriate stall for my setup with the intensions of eventually going ported 243's and a cam similar to the tourqer v2 down the road.

Also, what is the difference (besides size) of a 245mm and a 258mm?
