IMHO I wouldn't get a "stage 2" from any vendor as these are the lowest priced trans which every vendor MUST sell to stay in business. To keep the price this low, EVERY vendor must make sacrifices an minimize the quality aftermarket parts that are available and which greatly strengthen these finicky (4L60E) transmissions. Even just going one step up from ANY vendor will give you a vastly superior product.
Hey, just my opinion. (And I've been rebuilding and swapping transmissions just for fun and education of it.)

hahaha HP TV. look at our sponsors and use one. there is a ton of information on this forum. Dont buy into everything you see on TV. sponsors: PerformaBuilt, FLT, RPM Transmissions, Jake's Performance

I am partial to FLT.

I suspect anything "featured" on HP TV means they paid for it; a lot. I've never heard of them and I participate on several forums.
Sure the sponsors here also pay for it, but it is a very modest amount and they know they will lose a lot of business if they don't keep various forum members satisfied.

I don't believe FLT is a sponsor anymore.

Transmission Depot. I don't want to say anything about other companies but I've had several customers buy 200-4Rs specifically and then come to me to get it done right.

I would be surprised if FLT isn't a sponsor anymore, but even if they aren't I'll still be going with them for a built 4L60E when it's time unless I find an amazing deal on an RPM unit.

I would Trans Depot is better suited for everyday DD trans needs, just from the sound of their name lol but I don't know anything about them

Edit: Checked the vendor tab, FLT is still listed as a sponsored vendor.

Don't skimp especially if you plan on going with a procharger I've had transmissions built by Jake's and performabuilt not had a issue with either.
