Default 200r4 vs 700r4 physical dimensions

Just to be clear, this is not a gear ratio thread. My google searches have shown that the argument there tends to turn into a pissing match.

So i know the 700r4 is physically longer than the 200, but what about case width?

And is the bellhousing on the 700 smaller than the 200?(since i'd imagine the dual bolt pattern would add size)
