Default 6L80E YANK Stall fitment issues...

Hi workin on a 2010 Silverado w/6l80e, pirchased a Yanks SS 3600 nd the Stall will NOT go in all the way in "3rd input Click" yet the factory torque comvertor will, has new oil pump and rotor package assembley nd bellhousing no excuse why Yank shudnt go in... I call Yank n dey tell me the 6l80e Torque Convertor Yank Stall for Camaro "i ordered" is the same as the Silverado/Trucks 6l80e stall but im thinking otherwise b/c it dant go in....

Any Ideas or help?

Did you check the the distance from the lugs to the bellhousing face to see what the diff. is from the stock converter. This will tell you if it is in all the way. With the tight clearances of the new converter you might have to align the pump drive to hub (look in the pump and set the rotor to the same angle as the converter hub then slide in the converter holding by the pilot) as you feel the pump slip in spin the converter and push in.
