1/2 shift only when gas pedal lifted

i have a 01 tahoe with a 4l60e that wont shift properly at wot. at part throtle is shifts ok, but slips out of gear al the time. i can be driving and it just slips outof gear. fluid level is good and the tune appears to be ok. any ideas?
