Default 4l80e and controlling it in a high HP street car??

Been reading conflicting info on here on what route to go with. Im going to be running a built lq4 with 80mm turbo est.8-900HP and RPM 4l80e. I havent gotten any electronics for anything yet. The car will be 95% street car and 5 % track just for fun. I want to run like a 3:20s gear or so whatever makes the car go around 200mph mark in 4th gear. Not a drag car for once a fox swap that will have a/c and long gears for good mpg. Now my tuner that i trust alot with my cars is recommending me to get TCM 2000. But do i need it? If i dont have to drop an extra 900 on the unit and harness id rather not. Id like to have the converter lock up however... So what do you think? Also need PCM any recommendations?

We are a dealer for the US Shift controller. It $590 MSRP and includes harness. Works well for us. Just installed one yesterday.

You could also use the stock PCM and save some cash.
