They work and I have used them at times on and off for years. Might I make a suggestion if you are planning on tweaking your trans try the sonnax HP kit for this trans. It comes with a good amount of stuff to address many different things with the valve body, pump and accumulators/One of the items included is the servo release check valve you have listed. I do add a couple things to the kit that included two new abuse valves and also the HD2-3 shift valve from sonnax. HTH Vince
