Default 2006 gto A4 tranny question...

Last night did a pull, shifted all way through the gears fine. After I slowed down around town. I notice 1-2 shifted hard, 2-3 even harder. But woke up this morning to run to work, kicked it down at 55 to 95 shifted perfect. Slowed down in town again, shifted smooth as silk. So from what im to guess it only shifts hard after a dead stop pull. Thoughts? Thanks.

Sounds like the PCM thinks the car is under load. This is determined from the MAF, TPS and MAP sensors. Check them all. Have the scanned the car for codes?

When i ran the code was like a 104 somthing but the code pretty much said the maf was bad. But i looked at everything nothing inside the maf is bent broke, and all the connections are tight. Im so lost.....

P0101, P0102, or P0103 Which are all MAF codes, cause the PCM to tell the transmission to operate at full line pressure all the time.
Hence, hard shifts.

You need to figure out the actual code, and fix the problem.

I would assume the check engine light is on? Unless someone tuned it not to illuminate on these errors.

As Ron says, any MAF code is likely to give you full line pressure in the trans and therefore very hard shifts.
You might need to go to a shop where they can swap in a known-working MAF to see if that eliminates the code. Otherwise check that the MAF cables isn't nicked or burnt.
