Default 200-4r TV cable setup

I just finished installing my 200-4r and I am working on the linkage to the throttlebody.

I got an LS1 kit from bowtie overdrives but it doesnt work on my LS6 style throttle body. What are you all doing for your setups? Is it easiest to just go to a ls1 throttlebody bolted to a LS6 intake? Can I even do that?

Lets see pics if you have them and and words of advice.

Thanks
Mike

Well the LS6 TB is fly by wire so I don't know how you'd hook any cable to one (just guessing, never seen one). Yes you can put an LS1 TB on an LS6 intake. Try it out and see how it goes.

I mean the 98/99 TB with the smaller cam gear. Not the vette fly by wire.

You are wasting your time. I tried it with a 700r4 a while bak and kept smoking the clutches because it would not kick down correctly. You should just get a manual valve body.

Well I have the setup in the car now and I have the correct geometry so we will see. The first time a burn up clutches cause it isnt shifting right I will go full manual on the valvebody

Good luck! I was running a turbo at the time, so any lack of downshifting just murdered the 3-4 clutches. So much torque and inadequate line pressure is bad boys and girls.....mmmmmmmkay?
