Default 4l80e Yoke selection help

I have been searching the forums without a definite answer. My 4l80e is out of a 2006 3500 Express Van and I need to know which yoke to order? I am posting a pic below. The splines run the full length of the shaft and are just short of 5.5". I am unsure of which yoke would fit this tranny.
If anyone could help me with what yoke I need it would be appreciated!

I checked the shaft and it is not threaded on the end, so I assume this came with a slip style yoke from factory.. Maybe I just need to try and order a stock yoke for a van?

I have a non-o ring slip yoke like slow67 mentioned. My tail shaft was the o ring style so I had to order a different one.
