4l80e manual valve body questions
Is anybody running a reverse manual valve body setup in their 4l80e with compression braking? I have a 4wd 4l80e that I am putting in my Bronco for rock crawling. It will be behind a turbo'd LS2. The 4l80e will be mated to a 203/205 doubler setup. I've read about people using them but I haven't seen the brands of valve bodies. Does anybody have any info?

For offroad use so reverse is close to low?
I make a TH400 valve body that does that.
I can look at the 4L80E and probably design something if enough people are interested in it. It's a somewhat long process to do by the time I get the design done, tested, and parts made.

OK,
Looked it over for a bit. I can do it.
I need a minimum of 10 orders to cover my initial run costs at $400 a valve body. I won't require payment up front but I will require a credit card number on file.
If 5 guys want to do it, it'll cost double, 20 guys and I will run them at a reduced price.

Well that kind of fell through on pirate. Guys started whining about group buy bullshit. ****** crybabies. I don't know what else to do at this point. All I need is a valve body. Any ideas? Jakes, have any others off of pirate contacted you?

It's pretty simple,
I was trying to spread costs across enough pieces to make it reasonably priced.
I don't care for the whole group buy deal either, seems like a massive PITA.
If I'm going to dedicate the time (that I currently don't have due to our backlog) to prototype, test, and make an initial run of parts to do this custom VB, I want to be sure there are at least 10 customers willing to buy it.
I don't need their money up front, but I want to be sure that I can cover costs when I am done with the project. I have plenty of my own projects (transmission parts and personal hot rods) that I would rather work on and fund.
