Default Tru-cool 40k after a trans break with metal debris

Should I replace the cooler because the metal debris in the trans? Or is flushing it with a cooler clean spray gonna be alright?

A cooler generally has many parallel passages. If debris get stuck in one passage you can flush all day and not get it out. Then weeks later, due to vibration and heat cycles, the debris can release and potentially ruin the new trans.

I don't have personal experience with this, but is what I would do with my cooler.
Perhaps others have more experienced opinions.

Also, don't forget the torque converter, it will have metal debris in it too.
