Default Confused on on running trans hoses

4l60e trans
And using a F body radiator with a older b&m cooler

How should I run these lines?

The top port or the bottom port on the trans case is thie in and out

Also does it matter which line goes in or out on the radiator as one port is on top and other is on bottom?

The way I run transmission line is from the main hard line. I cut the stock rubber hose off since I bypass the stock cooler then just run new rubber hose straight to the cooler from the main lines. I double clamp the line so I don't have any leaks.
