4l60e questions
I have a 4l60 that was pulled from an 01 s-10 blazer. I am looking to freshen it up with good parts that can hold 500-600 hp and put it behind an ls1 in my c10. I have a few questions about the trans and what is needed.
1.) What are the differences in this trans and say one from an 05 1500 truck besides the bellhousing.
2.) the harness plug i have contains 11 pins the trans has 14 will this work?
3.) What parts should I look into buying and upgrading to hold the power?
4.) I was looking at the monster trans ss kit for 98-02 trans will this work?
5.) What vehicle do i need to buy a converter for? I have read about different splines on the input.
I think that is about it for now. Any help or insight is much appreciated!
