4l80e wont shift into 2nd at wot 4l80e, controlled by 0411 pcm, wont shift into 2nd under WOT. Its a turbo car, tuned with HP Tuners. I can attach my tune file when I get home if anybody wants to help me out. I have no clue what to do to adjust trans except shift points.

Check your tune, be sure the MPH and the RPM based tables are close. It has to meet both thresholds to make the shift. If they are not close (due to gear ratio changes in the trans such as a 4l60 to 4L80 swap, you can have issues).
