I have a built 4l60e with transgo hd shift kit etc..the issue im having is when driving wot the car shifts perfectly, when light to medium throttle it will shift from 1st to 2nd fine then it will shift into 3rd really quick and then into 4th really quick...do i just need to make adjustments with the tune to increase the shift speed mph so it stays in 2nd and 3rd longer before completing the shift?

Yes. You set it by mph vs. tps.
You can set it anywhere you like!

I myself run a 4k stall, I like having my shifts set up so they spit out quick to 4th and getting that converter locked.
