Default air bubbles in tranny fluid

hey guys

I had a rebuilt tranny with a 4000 vig in my car for a few thousand miles and all was perfect I had some converter issues and took it out and switched to a tcs converter. After the install i started seeing bubbles in the fluid ( as soon as I started it ) and now the tranny is slipping. Does anyone have any ideas what would cause them? I did not have any bubbles with the other converter but i dont see how the converter could do it . has Anyone has had a simular problem or have any ideas on what it could be ? BTW the tranny is not over heating it drives around normally @ 170 range and I dont have any visible leaks anywhere.

Thanks

Jeremy

Nope i didnt take off the pan . I just tilted it back on the tranny jack to drain a bunch of fluid out then it went strait back up into the car with the different converter.
