Default 4l80e transbrake bump / pulse box

Have an FLT level 5 with Rossler brake.
The TB solenoid is internally grounded. The bump box to control the TB solenoid is internally grounded. Is anyone running one of these on their 80e?

How are you wiring it to the ground since its internally grounded?

If I recall correctly, Rossler is using a standard shift solenoid for his brake solenoid. You could just pull the grounds off the solenoid(s) and run them through the box instead of internally grounding them.

Thanks Jake, I really like your Brake design.
The Rossler Brake from what I hear has a delay.

Do you think the bump box will help fix this since the solenoid is being activated early in prestaging?

I'm not familiar with the brakes or what causes the rossler version to have a delay.

Thanks for the feedback even though it's not on your brake. I appreciate it!

No problem. I helped a fairly well known builder fix an issue they were having with a Rossler brake last weekend.

Rossler's setup isn't bad. It's just known to have a slow release time. His dual solenoid setup is supposed to be quicker.
