02 ls1 4l60e swap won't downshift

02 ls1 4l60e swap won't downshift Helping a buddy with a ls1 4l60 swap into a nova. Everything runs great and shifts up but after that the first time you slow to a stop it appears to only shift down to 3rd so when you take off it is not shifted down into 1st gear. Anybody have any solutions? We have tried 3 different ecm's with the same results.
