Popping out of 2nd at WOT - Time for Rebuild?
Car is in the Sig. Tranny was built 8yrs ago. Was able to hold enough power to run below times on a healthy shot of Nitrous. (Around 650RWHP total)
N/A, I was having some problems hitting rev limiter between 1-2 and 2-3 shifts at the track. On the road... happened occassionaly on 2-3.
I have also now recently noticed that it "pops" out of gear sometimes when under heavy load (WOT) around 4k rpm in Second Gear.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
I know it's not the tune... as I have boosted up line pressure and decreased shift points lower just to test... and I have been tuning LT1s for over 10 years.
Converter was replaced last year with a Yank SS3600... so I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with the converter.
------------------------------------------------------------------
Any thoughts?
Any "quick fixes"... or is this a tranny going bad?

This sounds like the trans is either well worn and/or your line pressure is low or unstable. You say you tuned for higher line pressure, but did you ever put a pressure gauge on it?
Heck, any 4L60E that lasted for 8 years in a 10 second car was certainly very well built.
If you have running a 10-second car for 8 years on a 4L60E
