I have just finished up my 4l80 swap in my truck. I have a 3400 stall and an hd-2 shift kit ordered for it. Is there anything else that should be done with the valve body other than the shift kit while i have everything apart?

Just a stock 5.3 with headers efans and a tune for now. Already have an eaton diff and 4.10s out back. The plan was to build the drivetrain up before i build a motor. Hopefully I will have less broken parts this way.

How are you guys setting up your hd-2 shift kit with a high stall? Im looking for firm shifts but not neck breaking?

I did both springs, .125 drilling on A & B, then .96 I believe on C. Suppose to be good to high stalls from what I have read around other forums. I'll let ya know soon. I'm almost done. My FTI converter comes in this week then I can put it in.

Any updates? im currently in the procees of installing
a kit myself but wasnt too sure on the abc holes. Am I
suppose to use the drill bits provided?
