TCC lock up??

TCC lock up?? Ok I just got my car running. The TCC is not locking up. When I read it with my scanner it says TCC lock up enable=disabled. I can't figure out what's disabling it. The brake switch says released.

It should only say enabled when the pcm is commanding it on,are you driving the car while looking at your data?Check coolant temp,Brake command,TPS voltage,Vehicle speed..and get back with your findings?Sounds like the Pcm is not commanding it on as all of the inputs are not met..Has it worked with this tune in the past?
