I never really found out. Try giving Carl Rossler a call directly and see if he knows.

Call Terry G. @ TeckPak 1-800-527-5244. they sell a swap kit that has the right parts but he may know how to do it without the kit. (See their website: www.teckpak-fitzall.com Look under "Products", "Instruction sheets", "Switch Kits", "7-35B" if memory serves)
Good Luck!

Rosslers is building my 350 now, and he explained it to me; they build a housing on the rear of the tranny with a sensor for your speedo...it was a billet piece I think it was like an extra $200...

The sensors alone are almost $150 if I remember right. I think they take the existing tail shaft and replace the manual cable drive with the pulse style sensor.

You need the tailshaft with the big hole for the speedo (see pic). I have the speedo working in mine, I was under the impression that the 350/400 used the same sensor/ring. The part numbers I have here are:

sensor: 8655291
reluctor: 8655315
pigtail: 12085498

Once you do get it in there your speedo will be way off if you have an M6 car you are using the 350 on, I forget but its like 4.3x off - just divide the A4 and M6 numbers in edit to get the factor.

in my 94 I am using Dakota Digital parts, SEN 01 and SGI5a. BUT, with the OBDII cars it is possible to run the speedo off the ABS sensors on the car if they are still there.

IF ABS is still producing a signal, get the 5v signal from the ABS unit and then connect that to the purple wire on the VSS plug. There might be some tweaking of the gear/tires in the program but it will work. There are some other little minor tricks if you go this route b/c I think it illuminates the ABS lite but you can get a unity gain set up and it not bother it. If you want more info on it I will try and post up the info.

There is a BOP tail shaft that you can use from what I was told that uses the TH400 parts list. But could not find alot of info about it for me to go that route.

Also, someone posted this link on LT1edit about the swap:
http://www.customconversion.com/Page...ctor-Diff.html
I think the parts are from Jags That Run.

I hope this helps.
