Default U-joint and drive shaft question

I will be installing a Level VI tranny and SS3600 next weekend (full weight 2002 Z28). I am doing a new mount with the install. Question is what u-joints are recommended and how much power can the stock aluminum drive shaft take? Thanks.

I was waiting hoping someone else would chime in who knows better, but I have never seen an automatic ls1 car break the stock driveshaft.

Manuals with Monster stage 3 clutches on the hand...they destroy them on anything remotely close to a dump or power shift, even on the street.

Thanks Thunder...that's what I've heard. Just wondered if anyone experienced different. I figured the 10 bolt would blow before DS issues.
I will upgrade DS when I go with a different rear.

I don't think the SS3600 hits hard enough to worry with it. Good decision
