Trans Coolers

Trans Coolers
So I'm finally in the process of putting my project back together and one of my final pieces is getting a good trans cooler.
I'm wondering if it's really necessary to go with this:
http://www.jegs.com/i/Derale/259/139...oductId=961947
or if it's more practical and fiscally responsible to go with this:
http://www.jegs.com/i/Derale/259/13105/10002/-1
It's a 4L60e with a 4,000 stall, 355 lt1, 10 bolt w/ 3.73. shifting at upwards of 7k rpms. BTW this is not a daily driver, very rarely driven on the street
thanks for the input on the coolers

I would go with the first one with the fan. its only extra $100 id say that would keep it cool.
I personally just installed tru cool 40K (no fan) in my truck. 4l80e 3600 stall 10 bolt with 4.10 gear. I was really impressed on how much my temps went down from my first cooler (205 to 225 on the street now 160 to 175)
my first cooler looks like the 2nd one you posted.
Mines a weekend cruiser if I decided to go to the track often I would look at installing a fan on my cooler.
