Default 4t65e guys, pre 03 trans swap into 03+
can this be done? I know the only difference is the wiring harness. I have a possibility of getting a built 00 trans but my car is a 05 . Would the only thing be to get them to work is the wiring harness? is it even possible to swap them?

The 00 model may have a neutral switch on the outside and the 05 is inside. If so the harness is different. If I'm wrong someone correct me.

They can also have different final drive ratios, sprocket ratios and torque converters. What are the tag number on them. They are on the end of the barrel
