Default 4L80E not shifting as hard as it used to

I recently got my 5.3/4L80E 411 PCM swap running in my 88 Mustang and I am tuning it with EFI Live. I rebuilt the trans and put a HD2 shift kit in it. I have put about 500 miles on it and have noticed it does not shift as hard as it did when I first got it running. Is this because the PCM is "learning" and do I need to work on the shifting tune of the transmission?

I have done some digging into this and found the the adaptive shift have been turned off. I also put a pressure gauge on it, in park it makes about 70 PSI and in in OD it makes 190-225 PSI.

Any suggestions??

Your pressures are good, you need to look at what happens during the shifts on the gauge.

It should dip and recover on the shift. If it has pressure in 1st of say 200 psi, but it drops to 170 after the 1-2 shift, you have a leak on the intermediate circuit. If it holds the pressures throughout the range, you are good.
