4l60E VSS and seal questions.

4l60E VSS and seal questions. So I am going to do a little refresher on my 4l60E I am going to install a shift kit while I have it out as well. I want to replace the seal by the TRQ converter and one out back on the tail shaft. Do any one know what the parts numbers.
Any other seals I should replace?
Also I have had this problem with the speedo It is always 5mph tried adjusting it to the tire size still off. I have replaced the gauge cluster 3 times chasing this problem. Could it be the VSS thats bad?
